At about 5.9 miles, you will finally come to the peak of the island of Lana'i... a place called Lanaihale. At this point, you are about 3,300 feet above sea level. Here you can see a view overlooking the side of the mountain with Lana'i City in the distance. If you walk a few feet to the other side of the lookout, you can see a beautiful view of the island of Maui. |
